Todd Chrisley’s son Kyle has been arrested and booked for felony aggravated assault charges and released after posting $3,000 bail bond.

A representative from Rutherford County Jail in Tennessee told TMZ he was booked by the Smyrna Police Department in Delaware.

Details of the arrest remain unclear, but it comes just months after Todd started his federal prison sentence for bank fraud and tax evasion.

Todd is serving a 12-year sentence, while his wife, Julie, is doing seven years.
