A porn star born with two vaginas has told how she uses ‘one for work and another for play’.
Evelyn Miller, from Australia’s Gold Coast, was diagnosed with uterus didelphys in 2011 after years of painful sex and struggles inserting tampons.
The rare condition gave the 31-year-old a double uterus, two sets of ovaries and two vaginas — and they’re all fully functional.
The married mother-of-two was anxious to open up about her condition with sexual partners but has now learnt to embrace it.
Ms Miller, who used to work as an escort, now earns £12k a week on OnlyFans and PornHub, through videos of solo and partnered sex, including with other men.
Laying bare her reality with the condition, she said it ‘doesn’t feel like cheating’ as she has ‘one vagina for work and another for play’.

She added: ‘I avoided sex for so long — guys didn’t know what they were doing and they’d just end up slamming their penis against my urethra.
‘I just didn’t know what was wrong with me.
‘I felt so much anxiety around sex — I only lived with my dad at the time, so I didn’t have anyone I could go to and ask privately.
‘Google was out of the question — I lived on a remote farm and we literally only had dial-up, so I couldn’t just look my symptoms up on the internet.
‘OnlyFans has helped me to finally embrace my condition. Creating content and having people complexly fascinated by my condition is really great.’
Ms Miller said she first noticed something was ‘wrong’ in 2005 after struggling to insert a tampon ‘in the place you’d usually find your vagina’.
She later found out this was because her urethra is ‘lower than usual’ — and her two vaginas are positioned either side.
Then, when Ms Miller tried to have sex for the first time, aged 17, her partner’s penis ‘just kept hitting a wall’, she said.
It was two years later, in 2011, when doctors diagnosed her with an ‘extreme’ version of uterus didelphys.
This is because, while all uterus didelphys patients have two uteruses, only some also have two cervixes and vaginas.
Ms Miller has two vaginas, which are each connected to their own cervix, as well as two uteruses and two sets of ovaries.
Most people don’t know they have the condition because it does not always trigger symptoms.
However, signs of the condition can include pain during sex, painful period cramping and heavy bleeding, frequent miscarriages and preterm labour.
A double uterus occurs when a developing womb — which starts off as two separate ducts — fails to join together.
Medics don’t yet know why the condition occurs. But it is thought to affect just 0.3 per cent of women.
It is usually spotted during a routine pelvic exam, with scans then confirming the diagnosis. Surgery may be recommended if the condition is causing symptoms.
It can cause infertility among some sufferers, as it increases the risk of miscarriage because the uterus is smaller and may restrict the growth of a foetus.
But Ms Miller said her diagnosis gave her a new lease of life and despite uterus didelphys, she now has two children.
Initially worried that her condition would leave her infertile, Ms Miller conceived in one of her uteruses in October 2020, and again in November 2021.
She now has a son, Andrew, 20 months, and daughter, Georgia, eight months.

Ms Miller added: ‘There was always a risk I could be pregnant with two babies at the same time.
‘When I was pregnant with one, we’d still have to use condoms if we wanted to have sex in the other vagina.
‘There were also complications after I gave birth.
‘Both of my babies were born very small, and needed to spend months in intensive care.
‘Thankfully, they’re both happy and healthy now.’
She set up an OnlyFans account in 2018 and started creating content with her husband, Tom.
The couple have since started a marketing business together but they still create explicit content on the side.
Ms Miller says their success peaked while she was pregnant.
She said: ‘I was always curious about sex work, and sometimes other men are involved, too.
‘It doesn’t feel like cheating really. I’ve got one vagina for work and another for play.
‘It’s massively paid off for me, because people are really curious — they love the fact that I’ve got two vaginas.
‘It might sound bad to say it, but that can feel incredibly validating.
‘Aside from that, the platform has given me the opportunity to raise awareness of uterus didelphys.
‘I get so many women messaging me who have had the worst time with it.
‘Some are completely unable to have children, which is heart-breaking.
‘I think I’ve been very lucky there.’
Ms Miller says people are ‘really thankful’ to see someone being so open about uterus didelphys — and she uses her platform on TikTok to educate people.
‘I’m so lucky to have this platform, and I’d encourage any young women to get checked out if they feel like something’s not right,’ she said.
