A $25 mug complete with a tatty ‘Made in China’ sticker, a rumpled $80 polyester sweatshirt and a $25 casino keyring with ‘Adele’ on the front: This is just some of the eye-wateringly expensive merchandise being hawked to Adele fans attending her Las Vegas show.
The British superstar, 34, is in the final weeks of her Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace for which she is reportedly being paid $1million per night – with tickets for the remaining shows going for up to $23,000 for a seat on the front row.
But tickets, hotel rooms, and travel aren’t the only hefty costs for fans – items from the Adele gift shop, located next to the entrance to the Coliseum inside Caesars Palace, don’t come cheap either.

DailyMail.com visited the store as the singer’s residency draws to a close to view the eye-wateringly expensive merchandise – such as a $25 ‘O.M.G.’ mug with a ‘Made in China’ sticker attached to the handle – being hawked to fans after the show

Among the overpriced merchandise being flogged at the store, which is only open on Fridays and Saturdays, is a dusty-looking pair of pajamas, similar to the set she wore for her birthday sleepover last year.
The matching striped eye mask alone is going for $75, but fans can also purchase the whole sleepwear set for a staggering $370.
Other not-so-cheap gifts include $30 Adele-branded sippy cups, packs of playing cards featuring photos of the singer for $20, and a bog-standard canvas tote bag that was going for $50.
Typical gift shop souvenirs such as a shot glass – which would otherwise cost $3.95 elsewhere in the hotel or on the Las Vegas Strip – is also available for the jacked up price of $20 because of the ‘Weekends with Adele’ design.
Also being sold are black mugs with the letters ‘OMG’ on the side and scuffed ‘Made in China’ stickers attached to the handles for $25 and a 26oz plastic wine tumbler that costs $40.
When DailyMail.com visited, the store was crammed with fans with a line going out the door that only dissipated when the show began shortly after 8pm.
Despite the ‘Made in China’ merchandise, the store – which is due to close on March 25 when Adele’s residency comes to an end – has been a huge success.
But staff told DailyMail.com they are yet to see the British star, have not been offered a chance to see the show and don’t even receive discounts.

One, who spoke to DailyMail.com on condition of anonymity, said: ‘She’s never once been to see us, not once.
‘It would be nice if she could come to see us, perhaps there’s some way she could be brought in here after a show.
‘I don’t know how she would get in here but she never has. We work so hard for her here.’
The staffer added: ‘I haven’t been to see the show. Adele said she just wants it to be her fans in there.
‘I can’t afford a ticket – it’s so expensive. I talked to someone the other day who said they paid $50,000 – that’s a down-payment on a house.’
A source told DailyMail.com that Adele – who infamously snubbed Caesars Palace for a villa at the rival Wynn Hotel – has been refusing to spend both nights in Vegas and has been flying back to her LA home straight after her show on Saturday.
The source said: ‘She usually arrives around 3pm on Friday and she leaves straight after the show on Saturday night. She doesn’t stay in Vegas for long.’
Adele had originally been scheduled to begin ‘Weekends With Adele’ in January 2022 but postponed the dates until November with less than 24 hours’ notice.

In an emotional video posted to Instagram, the London-born star said: ‘I’m so sorry, but my show ain’t ready’, saying they ‘ran out of time’.
She went on: ‘We’ve tried absolutely everything we can to put it together in time and for it to be good enough for you, but we’ve been absolutely destroyed by delivery delays and COVID.
‘Half my crew and team are [ill] with COVID and still are, and it’s been impossible to finish the show.
‘I’m gutted — I’m sorry it’s so last minute, we’ve been awake for over 30 hours trying to figure it out and we’ve run out of time,’ she continued, as her voice started to break.
‘I’m so upset and I’m really embarrassed and so sorry to everyone that traveled to get [to the show]. I’m really, really sorry.’
The British singer also faced criticism over her use of non-union staff, with Keith Nelson, secretary of Musicians Union in Las Vegas, Local 369, telling Showbiz411 that the star had chosen to use a Canadian contractor to get around the Local.
She also risked angering her paymasters at Caesars Palace by declining the suite they had offered her and choosing to stay at a $30,000-a-night villa across the Strip at the Wynn.
