Super fit gran, 53, who says she still feels sexy shares libido boosting Easter recipe

A self-described ‘fitness freak’ grandmother, who has said she still feels sexy at the age of 53, has shared a libido-boosting recipe with her followers.

Brazilian native Andréa Sunshine, who now lives in London, posted the recipe alongside images of herself on Instagram where she has some 320,000 followers.

The 53-year-old donned a daring ensemble in photos accompanying the recipe, sporting a black leotard with a deep v-neckline, and elaborate rabbit mask.

In the images, the grandmother-of-two holds the treat – a protein chocolate pudding-style dessert, topped with berries.

The caption she posted with the photos says: ‘This is the best Easter recipe you’ll find and I’m not just talking about the flavour.’

According to the fitness enthusiast: ‘Whey protein makes it much healthier, but chocolate increases libido and gives pleasure.’

She listed the ingredients for the dish, which include 200g of 70 per cent cocoa chocolate, zero pudding, skimmed milk powder, water, coconut milk, whey protein, strawberry and blueberries.’ 

‘It is possible to taste one of the best Easter eggs today,’ Andréa added. 

‘The important thing is not to lose focus on exercises and take care of food. 

‘That’s a priority. You can consume fewer calories and enjoy the date dedicated to guilt-free sweets.’

The recipe and images appeared to be a hit with Andréa’s followers, some of whom took to the comments section of the post to wish her a happy Easter.

Andréa, who has revealed that she is often asked out by men half her age, follows a strict diet and tough workout routine to maintain her impressive physique. 

According to the fitness fan, she hits the gym at least three hours every day, and is equally dedicated to her diet – which sees her consume a staggering amount of eggs.

She consumes 150 eggs per month, as well as up to 1st 7lbs of sweet potato. Andrea also loves salads and vegetables, especially broccoli which is nutrient-rich.

‘The number [of eggs] is surprising, but it’s real, I train a lot every day and my diet is monitored by a nutritionist,’ she said. 

‘The ideal is to always seek to improve, so some sacrifices are worth it.’

Discussing her regime, the super fit gran said: ‘I love working out and doing physical exercises, taking care of myself is an act of love that I learned over time and that’s why I plan my food, take care of what I eat and avoid fats and sweets whenever I can.’

Speaking about the interest she receives from younger men, the 53-year-old said: ‘Young men have a crush on good-looking mature ladies, so I get hit on all the time. 

‘There’s all kind of ages, there’s even some below 25 but most are between 30-35.

‘I don’t like the attention. When I am [doing my training] sessions, I hate to be disturbed.

‘It doesn’t bother me to be called a fitness grandma – I am in my best shape and infinitely healthy.

‘There is a stigma that with advancing age of women, they should only dedicate themselves to taking care of the home and family. It’s possible to do both.’
