Debra Lawrance was voted out of the jungle on Sunday’s episode of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Australia.

The Home and Away star had become a fan favourite, and her loyal supporters discontent over her eviction.

Many posted their thoughts to Twitter, insisting that the wrong decision had been made.

‘Nooooo not Deb’ complained a viewer on Twitter, with one more writing:  ‘BLESS DEB’S SOUL I LOVE HER SO MUCH’.

‘I just want to talk to who is voting? I WANNA TALK’ said someone else on Twitter.

‘I’m going miss Deb’s presence in the group. You voted wrong, Australia’ insisted another.

Debra was gracious upon her exit, hugging her shocked campmates goodbye as she made her way out of the jungle.

‘I cannot believe I am here’ she said of the experience. ‘Everything I did, I had the braids, I had the trial eating pig’s anus. And now I am here.’

Debra added that it was very different watching the show at home to being a contestant, and was ‘amazed’ she survived it.

The star appeared on I’m a Celebrity to raise funds for Ovarian Cancer Australia, which she has been a part of for the past six years.

‘I hope to make a lot of money for the cancer charity. It is one of the best times of my life and I settled into the camp’ Debra said of her time in the jungle.
