Will ANY machine shrink my bingo wings? The anti-agers no one but you need know about…
Q Could you tell me the best way to shrink bingo wings?
I understand that as the skin is loose, there is no machine that will help. What do you think?
A I want to be as realistic as you are and say that yes, if skin is significantly loose (especially in older age), you can’t make a dramatic difference and exercise (yoga specifically) is best.
But if your chosen aesthetic physician deems your arms not ‘too far gone’, Dr Preema Vig (drpreema.com) recommends a combination of four EmSculpt Neo and two Profhilo Body sessions.
The former brings about intense muscle contractions alongside radiofrequency heat to initiate both fat reduction and muscle growth.

The latter comprises ten hydrating injections per arm that tackle crepey, lax skin by tightening and smoothing it.
‘The course, spread over six weeks, has an overall tautening, sculpting effect, and works particularly well on arms,’ says Dr Vig.
Both treatments are a little uncomfortable but not painful and have no downtime. Results will be seen after 12 weeks and last at least 12 months.
These will be relatively subtle, though, so at £4,000 for the course (but less costly outside London), think carefully about whether to spend the money!
