You can now have breakfast at Tiffany’s again.
The Landmark flagship store on 57th Street and Fifth Avenue in New York City has reopened for business after closing in 2019 to undergo a stunning transformation, which includes the addition of a luxurious VIP room and a sculptural spiral staircase.
First opening in 1940, this was the first time the store has carried out a renovation and features nods to the building’s original design, like its Atlas statue and clock above the revolving doors.
The Landmark’s impressive 10 floors now house almost 40 artworks, including ones never seen by the public that were commissioned by Tiffany’s.
Among the collection are pieces done by famed artists such as Damien Hirst, Julian Schnabel, Rashid Johnson, Anna Weyant and Daniel Arsham.

A new Tiffany & Co. clock, inspired by the original Atlas statue and clock, is situated on the ground level, which has wood parquet flooring – a throwback to the building’s 1940 design – that is seen throughout the new-look store.
When entering the newly renovated space, customers will be taken in by the main floor of jewelry cases ‘illuminated by an innovative take on a skylight.’
The ceiling’s installation takes up almost the entire length of the room.
In what’s described as ‘the heart of the store,’ a sculptural spiral staircase with clear balustrades adorned by rock crystal – features that are a reflection of ‘the sensual and organic designs of [jewelry designer] Elsa Peretti’ – will take customers from the third to eighth floor. Each floor can be accessed by an elevator.
On the eighth and ninth floors, customers can peruse the dedicated museum and exhibition spaces.
Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud, who is behind New York’s Restaurant Daniel and Le Gratin, has been recruited for the Blue Box Cafe at the newly renovated store.
Including breakfast and tea, Boulud’s daytime menu is seasonally inspired and the cafe has a private dining area and bar with art installations.
To mark the unveiling of the new store, Tiffany & Co. was set to release some exclusive and ‘one-of-a-kind’ creations that will feature watches and homeware to eyewear that draws inspiration from the Tiffany Setting engagement ring.

OMA and Shigematsu also replaced the building’s 1980 office space with a rooftop.
Robb Report’s Paige Reddinger Roessler got a peek inside the new-look Tiffany & Co. earlier this week.
Posting on her Instagram story, she showed off the lavish new interiors as well as an ice-cream cone creation designed by Tiffany’s former vice president for window display Gene Moore and some opulent pieces from the jewelry maker’s collections.

Meanwhile other A-listers celebrated the reopening on Thursday at a star-studded event – including Katy Perry, Hailey Bieber and Blake Lively.
