Jimmie Allen slashes the price of Nashville home amid divorce and rape claims by former manager

Country crooner Jimmie Allen has slashed the price of his home in Nashville as fights a number of legal problems in her personal and professional life. 

The 37-year-old singer has dropped the price on the five bedroom, five bathroom house by half a million dollars, to $2.5 million.

The home sits on a 1.5 acre lot and was purchased in December 2021 for $1.5 million. 

Earlier this month, a lawsuit was filed against Allen by a former member of his management team, claiming she had been the victim of sexual abuse at the hands of Down Home artist. 

The suit comes a few weeks after both the Country Music Association Award winner and his estranged wife, Alexis Gale, filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. 

The couple have been together since 2019, and became engaged in 2020 and tied the knot in secret ceremony in 2020, before walking down the aisle in a more public ceremony in May 2021.

The couple are parents to daughters Naomi Bettie, three,  and Zara James, 17 months.

On Mother’s Day, Gale revealed she was expecting a baby boy, writing on Instagram ‘my baby boy’ next to an ultrasound photo.

Allen has an older son, Aadyn, eight, from a previous relationship. 

 The Best Shot singer was dropped by his management company Wide Open Music when his former day-to-day manager informed them about his alleged sexual abuse. 

Allen is being sued for sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, sex trafficking and emotional distress. 

The woman, who is named as Jane Doe in the lawsuit is also suing her former boss Ash Bowers and Wide Open Music for gross negligence and participating in a venture engaged in sex trafficking, alongside other counts. 

Doe is seeking is requesting a jury trial and seeking monetary damages.

Sexual abuse: Allen is being sued by a former manager who  alleges he raped and sexually abused her over an 18 month period. Variety, which broke the story reported seeing texts that collaborate her claims.  Allen has said the relationship was consensual (Pictured in Las Vegas in April 2022)

Allen has vehemently denied the accusations and issued a public statement on social media apologizing to his family.

‘I want to publicly apologize to my wife Alexis for humiliating her with my affair,’ he wrote.

‘I am embarrassed that my choices have brought shame on her.’

He also apologized to his kids ‘for being a poor example of a man and a father.’

The Don’t You Wanna Know singer has also claimed the relationship with his former aide was consensual. 

Variety, which broke the story, reported it has reviewed hundreds of text messages from between Jane Doe, Allen, Bowers, and a friend in whom she confided that back up many of her claims.
