I love my cellulite and it doesn’t stop me wearing a bikini – women should embrace their jiggle
A body positive social media user from the US has revealed that she loves her cellulite – and has encouraged others to do the same.
Jackie Riso, a certified life coach and TikTok creator (who posts under the name @jackieriso), regularly shares content about self-love with her followers.
In one video, she said she is ‘learning to love [her body] exactly as it is’, which means embracing features like her cellulite.
The video features footage of Jackie on a beach, looking stylish in a chic black string bikini, while dancing and holding poses.
She faces the camera, standing with her hands on her hips, confidently displaying her physique.

Over the top of the video, there is text, sharing an empowering message about how she is embracing her body.
The text superimposed on the video, spreading the positive message, is also spoken in a voiceover.
She says: ‘You are a gift. Your body is beautiful. Embrace that jiggle. Love that cellulite.
‘You are everything you need to be. Run wild baby girl.’
Consolidating the message in a caption accompanying the clip, Jackie wrote: ‘New string bikini from Eyden West. Learning to love my body exactly as it is. Every jiggle that wiggles & all.’
Viewers took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the clip.
The comments seemed largely positive, with people complimenting the creator on her empowering message.
Confident: Jackie shared footage of herself posing in the video, accompanying the images with text and voiceover promoting a message of self-love
One wrote a simple message, encouraging Jackie to continue with her body positive mindset. They simply wrote: ‘Embrace the jiggle!!!!’
In response, Jackie wrote: ‘It’s not always easy but hey, it’s real. Embrace it!!!’
Meanwhile, the brand that made her bikini also commented, writing: ‘Yesss body confidence, I love it! Gorgeous Hun.’
And another commented on her swimwear, noting that it is a thong, and saying how liberating it can be to wear such garments.
They wrote: ‘That’s not a bikini it’s a thong. I wore my man thong to the pool this week and it’s quite liberating. Don’t let others tell you what you can’t wear.’
