Hilary Duff heads home from an intense workout after wishing her husband a belated happy birthday

Hilary Duff appeared to be still in the zone as she left her workout Saturday morning in Los Angeles.

The 35-year-old, who has been enjoying some downtime with her family, was red from her exertion as she strolled back to her car wearing a black tank top and matching leggings.

The How I Met Your Father star tied a purple and black plaid shirt around her waist.

Th Lizzie Maguire star carried an insulated cup Brumate cup. Hilary has been promoting the brand on social media. 

Hilary pulled her long blonde hair back into a low bun.

She accessorized with a gold necklace and a bangle bracelet.

The Younger actress appeared to be makeup free. 

The Little Lies singer began her day by wishing her husband of three years a belated happy 36th birthday.

In a loving social media post, The Perfect Man actress  wrote, ‘Matthew- here are some of my favorite pictures reminding me of all the happiness and exhaustion we plow through together,’ next to a large carousel of family photos.

Hilary and Matthew are parents to daughters Banks, four, and Mae, two.  They also co-parent Hilary’s son Luca, 11, with her ex-husband Mike Comrie. 

‘This family loves you so much – I love you so much – Happy 36 my love, I’m right behind you.’

Hilary will turn 36 in September. 

‘Thanks for making me laugh like no other and making sure to be everywhere all at once for us ♥️.’

Mayhem:  Hilary and Matthew are parents to daughters Banks, four, and Mae, two. They also co-parent Hilary’s son Luca, 11, with her ex-husband Mike Comrie. Hilary told Marie Claire Greece their house ‘is alive, having fun, and overflowing with love and mayhem!’

The Raise Your Voice actress seemed to hinting at an inside joke writing, ‘@matthewkoma my forever leg tangle… just 1 more?’ followed by several happy emojis.

‘Forgive me for my day late post…, she concluded, ‘(I’ve really taken the pressure off posting lately and it feels so good☺️)’ 

In an interview with Marie Claire Greece, the busy actress, wife and mother revealed her house ‘is alive, having fun, and overflowing with love and mayhem!’

When it comes to raising her three kids, the doting mom said, ‘I focus on creating normal conditions for their lives, for them to have a routine that creates security for them, and I struggle not to be the center of attention.’

‘I’m worried that I’m raising them in Los Angeles, I’m worried that they’re growing up with social media and all kinds of pressures that are in the world around us, pressures that our generation never had to deal with.’
