There’s one song the public are likely to NEVER hear on KIIS FM’s Kyle And Jackie ‘O’ show, because it triggers an awful memory for its host Kyle Sandilands.
The radio star revealed on air on Friday that he can’t endure listening to Rick Astley’s classic pop hit Never Gonna Give You Up.
Kyle, 46, reflected on his youth to co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, confessing he had walked in on a cheating partner while the ’80s track was playing.

Not only was the cheating situation heartbreaking for Kyle, but his ex was in bed with his friend.
‘I’ve told everyone a thousand times, I walked in to a girlfriend when I was 20 getting pile driven by my best mate and Rick Astley was on,’ he said.
He claimed he had gone around with an expensive pair of shoes as a gift for her when he walked in on the pair having sex.
‘I knew she was staying at my friend’s place, because she was friends with his sister and I walked into the house and I could hear the music coming from his bedroom. I walked past the sister’s room and looked in and the bed was made, like no one was there. And then I opened up the bedroom door and guess what I saw? I was horrified!’
‘I think I dropped the box and the bag. I was very upset… I kicked the stereo from the wall,’ he continued.
‘Turn that s*** off, it makes me sad!’ Kyle pleaded for the song to stop playing on the show as he recalled the horrifying moment he witnessed his girlfrienf ‘getting pile driven’ by his ‘best mate’
‘Oh Jackie, it’s not fair!… That part makes me sick, just thinking of it,’ he exclaimed as the producers began playing the song softly in the background.
‘Oh, look, how ironic are the lyrics?’ he said, as co-host Jackie was shocked he’d only just realised.
However, Kyle chuckled as he revealed he had the last laugh on the pair: ‘Anyway, she put on a sh** tonne of weight and he became an ice head, so who won there?’
Not wanting to rehash the past anymore, he pleaded as the chorus played: ‘Turn that s*** off, it makes me sad!’
