Nova radio host reveals the rudest A-list Hollywood star he’s ever interviewed: ‘Don’t come at me with an attitude’
Nova 93.7 FM’s breakfast show host Nathan Morris revealed his very surprising worst celebrity interview.
In 2009, the radio star chatted with actor Jason Bateman, but it quickly turned into one of his worst celebrity encounters, reported news.com.au on Friday.
The Hollywood great, 54, who was promoting his comedy Couples Retreat, was bitter over poor critic reviews his movie received when he allegedly lashed out at Nathan.
‘It’s so disappointing, because I loved him. I loved him in Arrested Development,’ the Perth-based presenter, 47, said.
‘He was just being a p***k. It was for his movie, which was terrible, but that’s not my fault, Jason, that’s your fault.’

He continued: ‘So don’t come at me with an attitude about your s**t movie. Instead, just come and be nice and do the interview.’
Nathan went on to say Jason should have just ‘met in the middle’ to promote his movie and do a good radio show.
Instead the radio host and movie star ended up with a ‘terrible’ interview neither of them were happy with.

Couples Retreat, a comedy about four couples who go on a therapy resort, became a box office hit but was savaged by critics at the time of its release.
However, it may not have been the only thing which put Jason in a terrible mood for his interview.
It was later revealed creators of the movie were being sued by one of the film’s stars.
Daily Mail Australia obtained court documents in 2020 which showed Universal Studios and its partners were being sued by actor Faizon Love.

The Cuban-born actor claimed he and his co-star in the movie, Kali Hawk, were airbrushed out of the international promotional poster for being black.
The pair originally appeared on the poster which promoted the movie across the US, but were quickly scrubbed from all international promotional material, sparking a scandal at the time.
In 2009, the studio publicly stated that it ‘regretted causing offense’ and committed to abandoning the poster altogether.
The lawsuit claimed the studio privately apologised to Love and ‘promised’ they would remove the poster and find him new opportunities in the form of ‘lucrative, career-making film roles’.
