New mom Heather Rae El Moussa returns to filming The Flipping El Moussas – five months after welcoming son Tristan
Heather Rae El Moussa is back at work filming HGTV’s The Flipping El Moussas after taking time off to welcome son Tristan, five months.
The Selling Sunset star, 35, was spotted with her husband Tarek El Moussa, 41, as they got started on the second season of their home renovation show.
The Playboy Playmate looked super casual in a pair of light-wash jeans, a black sweatshirt and black sunglasses.
She had her long blonde hair pulled back into a ponytail and carried a large water bottle, which she sipped from.
Her husband, meanwhile, wore a black t-shirt, black jeans and sunglasses and had a serious look on his face.

Heather stepped into the role formerly occupied by Tarek’s ex-wife Christina Hall, 39, who used to host Flip or Flop with him.
The premise of The Flipping El Moussas is exactly the same with a little extra star power thanks to Heather’s time on Selling Sunset.
The show was a flop for HGTV with the show only scoring 3.8 out of 10 on IMDB. Viewers called the show ‘a total disappointment’ and ‘beyond bad.’
Christina’s series Christina on the Coast isn’t faring much better with a 3.9 out of 10 rating on IMDB.
Christina, who shares children Taylor, 12, and Brayden, seven, with Tarek, also hosts Christina in the Country, which is set in Tennessee and scored a 5.9 of 10.
Faring best of all is Tarek’s solo show Flipping 101 with a 6.4 out of 10 rating.
Meanwhile, Heather has appeared on all six seasons of Selling Sunset so far, but will likely not be in season seven as it was filmed while she was on maternity leave.
‘Season 7 is filming right now, but I’ve been off maternity leave and I’ve been excited to get back to work and so far I have not been called back,’ she told E! News in March.

And the mom of one revealed how that made her feel.
‘It’s been a little frustrating,’ she said. ‘So, not sure what’s been going on.’
Last year, Oppenheimer Group co-founder Brett Oppenheimer offered some insight into Heather’s future with the hit Netflix show.
‘I think it’s TBD,’ he told E! News exclusively. ‘I think for now she’s able to do both,’ he said, referring to The Flipping El Moussas.
