Bob told A Current Affair that he’s happy to be Down Under but not so keen on the Australian winter.

‘I don’t like coming here in the winter, I have to say. It’s a bit like being stuck in Dublin again,’ he said.

‘To get here I sailed across the Pacific from Mexico to Tahiti and then came down.’

He added that he was looking forward to his time on Aussie radio.

‘You just make noises and people laugh. You’re not in any way prejudiced by my crap hair’ he joked.
