An American influencer who now lives in France has shared the secret on how to manifest the love of your life after claiming she used the method to get four of her boyfriends. 

After Amanda Rollins, 33, moved from Massachusetts to Paris, she began giving her 704,000 TikTok followers her best tips for living in Europe.

And she soon began searching for a partner in the city of love.

In the viral clip, which has so far amassed more than 2.1 million views, she said: ‘Want to know how to manifest a boyfriend?’ 

Amanda began by stating that she had successfully used this method to get a boyfriend on four separate occasions, adding that it has worked ‘every single time.’ 

Before detailing how to manifest a man, she noted that the trick is to truly believe in it. 

Amanda said you should begin by going into the notes app on your phone and writing down everything you want in a partner – and then let it be. 

‘I go into my notes app on my phone and I say, “Dear universe, thank you for sending me,” and then I proceed to list all the things that I’m looking for in a partner,’ she explained.

The influencer revealed she began using the method in 2017 and met a man within two weeks that matched everything she had listed. 

After they broke up, she did it again but tweaked the list so that it was even more specific.
