Married At First Sight’s Martha Kalifatidis stuns fans as she unveils hair transformation

She is one of the most recognisable reality TV stars.

But Martha Kalifatidis looked very different on Tuesday as she revealed a brand new look on Instagram.

The Married At First Sight star, 35, ditched her raven coloured tresses in favour of warmer red locks with highlights.

In a photo shared to Instagram, Martha showed off her new locks as she posed with her fiancé Michael Brunelli.

‘Today was a good hair day,’ she captioned the image.

It comes after Martha revealed she was at the ‘lowest point of her life’ when she was pregnant with her first child, Lucius.

The Married At First Sight star and her fiance welcomed their son in February this year.

Speaking on the KICBUMP podcast, Martha opened up about the darker side of her pregnancy, detailing her severe battle with debilitating pregnancy sickness hyperemesis gravidarum (HG).

‘HG, it’s no laughing matter. When you’re in the midst of it, you are so sick that you’d give anything to escape it. It’s so hard to revisit those moments,’ ‘ Martha said.

‘I remember being so sick, thinking “I will never forget this, this is the lowest point of my life”.’

While Martha has never suffered from depression before, she said the emotional toll of the pregnancy was immense.

‘This pregnancy, it was the lowest, it was dark, it was depressing,’ she revealed. 

‘It doesn’t end until you have the baby. Mentally and physically it just gets you at both ends,’ she added.
