The CCTV footage shows the man walking into the salon sporting a blue hat, sunglasses and blue pants, with his hands in his bag.
When the workers ignored him, the criminal changed tactics, walking over to a man working behind a counter.
Instead of handing over any money, the unbothered employee answered the phone that was ringing and walks away.
Eventually, one of the women stood up, put her hands up and walked slowly outside.
