Clarify, an Inner Beauty Support product by Australian brand The Beauty Chef, is designed for people prone to skin congestion
A ‘miracle’ $69 beauty powder has been flying off shelves after hundreds of women showed off their drastic skin transformations.
Clarify, an Inner Beauty Support product by Australian brand The Beauty Chef, is designed for people prone to skin congestion and breakouts and reduces redness, acne and large pores in as little as three weeks.
The brand took off after the gut-healing powder GLOW became a cult favourite amongst beauty professionals worldwide.
Like everything in founder Carla Oates’ range, the bio-fermented Clarify powder has a heavy focus on gut health and uses herbal ingredients like broccoli sprout, burdock, dandelion and echinacea to support skin health.
It also contains probiotics and digestive enzymes, with provitamin A to support cellular turnover, vitamin B5 to support hormonal metabolism and zinc which assists in wound healing for resilient and clear skin.

Customer Grace (pictured) suffered severe acne breakouts on her cheeks and was ‘amazed’ by the results in a matter of weeks
All it takes is one teaspoon in a glass of water or a smoothie once a day to begin seeing results; this provides 109 per cent of your recommended daily intake [RDI] of zinc and 200 per cent of your RDI of vitamin C.
Customer Grace suffered severe acne breakouts on her cheeks and was ‘amazed’ by the results in a matter of weeks.
‘My pores are less noticeable and my complexion is brighter and clearer. I feel more confident in my skin,’ she said.
‘I have definitely noticed an improvement in my energy levels, digestion and breakouts. It has made me realise that my skin problems are linked to my gut health and I need to continue to be mindful and proactive about that,’ another, Annaye, said.

Sydney-based Jess used it for six weeks and said she couldn’t be more impressed with the results in that time.
‘My breakouts have massively reduced and when I do get a pimple now, it heals so much faster and is way less severe. This will be a staple in my routine now, after struggling with adult acne for five years, it’s nice to finally feel like it’s getting better.’
‘I have tried lots of products on the market for my breakouts and none of them have worked. I have persisted and I am so pleased with the results. My skin is almost clear. It took a while, but it definitely works. I will be using this from now on.’
Carla said the powder filled a gap in her hugely popular Support range as it targeted congested skin as a core goal.

‘For clear and healthy skin, we must therefore first turn our attention to our gut. While this approach is true for all of us – no matter our skin type or skin concerns – it is especially relevant if you’re suffering from inflammatory skin manifestations,’ she said.
‘Poor skin can certainly knock our self-confidence and these types of skin issues can also be incredibly frustrating to treat and manage as their cause is often complex and driven by a number of factors – including digestive health, hormonal health and even environmental factors.
‘It’s this collection of influences that ultimately inspired me to create this.
Mum-of-two Carla Oates created The Beauty Chef in 2009 after healing her family’s skin issues and discovering that beautiful, glowing skin begins with a healthy gut.
She spent the first 10 years of her working life as a fashion stylist before turning her attention to beauty writing but the allure quickly wore off as she became alarmed by the synthetic substances and toxins contained in many commercial beauty products.
She began writing about healthier, natural alternatives made from plants and organic foods and wrote her first book, Feeding Your Skin, published by Penguin Books.
Carla now works on her unique formulas with a team of leading microbiologists, naturopaths and nutritionists, employing cutting-edge research to develop products that support gut health and glowing skin.
