Channel 10’s Charlotte Goodlet left gasping for air after being forced to walk 15 flights of stairs

Charlotte Goodlet was left gasping for air after she was walked up 15 flights of stairs  after arriving home to discover the elevator was out of order.

The Channel 10 newsreader shared a video to Instagram as she arrived to her home after the exhausting walk while carrying her son Alfred.

‘Nothing like coming back from getting a coffee to find the lift is out of order. 15 floors up the fire escape with a ten kilo meatball,’ she wrote.

In the video, Charlotte gasped for air before managing to say: ‘We made it.’

Charlotte Goodlet welcomed her son Alfred in December with her husband Kieran Jack.

The pair shared heartwarming pictures of the newborn bub who was born 4.07kg.

Two photos of baby Alfie could be seen as he was wrapped in different blankets before Goodlet posted two more photos of their little family.

‘In the early hours of Boxing Day we received the greatest gift of all. Our little Alfie boy, 4.07kg of pure perfection. Alfred Nelson Jack we love you so much already,’ she captioned the first reel of photos.

The following day, the new mum shared another family photo as she and Jack cuddled up to their baby boy, unable to wipe the smiles off their faces.

‘2022. The best year yet,’ she captioned the photo.

Last month, Charlotte revealed in an Instagram post that their little boy has reached a special milestone alongside a video of Alfred happily gurgling in his cot, as well as a montage of the delighted parents with their baby boy.

Charlotte and Kieran married in a luxurious ceremony in the Blue Mountains in 2018.
