Mauricio Pochettino does not know which of his players will be on the plane when Chelsea fly to the USA for their pre-season tour in four days’ time.

The Blues are set to fly out on Monday but still do not have an official passenger list.

Such chaos stems from the transfer dealings of Chelsea this summer, which have left the squad vastly different compared to last season.

To date, 12 players have left and six have been signed by the Londoners.

All of this has left Chelsea with no official passenger list for that plane to the United States, according to the Sun.

The list of departures makes for a breathless read: Mason Mount, Cesar Azpilicueta, Mateo Kovacic, N’Golo Kante, Kai Havertz, Edouard Mendy, Kalidou Koulibaly, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Tiemoue Bakayoko, David Fofana (loan), Dujon Sterling, and Baba Rahman.

Chelsea are also pushing back the pre-season return date of three outcasts – Romelu Lukaku, Hakim Ziyech, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – as they seek to find an exit door.

Multiple other players, who have not kicked on as the club would have liked, are also looking likely candidates to wave goodbye.

Across the pond, Chelsea will face Wrexham, Brighton, Newcastle United, Fulham, and Borussia Dortmund.
