Dr Chris Brown and Sonia Kruger are set to host the star-studded red carpet at the Logie Awards in Sydney on July 30.
And ahead of the big gig, Chris, 44, confessed he doesn’t think he’ll be very good hosting the red carpet as he’s ‘colourblind’ and ‘knows nothing about fashion’.
Appearing on Triple M’s Mick & MG in the Morning on Thursday, the former Bondi Vet star joked that it was a ‘stupid decision’ by Channel Seven.
‘Can I just tell you, it is one of the more stupid decisions ever made by the seven network to put me on the red carpet,’ he said with a laugh.
‘I know nothing about fashion… and I am also colourblind.’

He added: ‘The joy that I’m going to have in telling women that I love their green dress and I’m gonna be told it’s red… what could possibly go wrong?’
On Sunday, Seven confirmed Chris’ first gig at the network will be hosting the Logie Awards red carpet alongside Sonia on July 30.
This TV gig will be the first for the star at the network, setting the stage for a thrilling debut after announcing his departure from Channel 10 earlier this year.

As the pre-show to the main event hosted by comedian Sam Pang, the red carpet promises a night of glitz, glamour and unforgettable moments.
Sonia, who is also nominated for the Gold Logie, said in a press release: ‘I’d like to thank the Seven Network for this early Christmas present. I couldn’t be more excited to be working with Chris.’
‘With my brains and Chris’ beauty, this red-carpet show is going to be fresh, fun, unpredictable and bigger than ever.
She continued: ‘It will be one of the best nights ever for both the television industry and the viewers at home. I can’t wait.’

Seven newcomer Chris mirrored her enthusiasm, saying, ‘Sonia is the Logies.’
‘Naturally funny, fearless, flawless and a party animal… I genuinely can’t wait to work with her on the red carpet show,’ he added.
‘There’s a real excitement around the Logies being unpredictable this year. However, luring Sam Pang off the green of the local golf course to host might be the wildest swing of all. I honestly can’t wait!’
