Andy Lee is listing his three bedroom, three storey converted warehouse in Melbourne for $2.65million.
The comedian, 42, purchased the property in 2008 for $1.5million and is set to make a tidy profit when it heads to auction, reports the Herald Sun.
The newly renovated property is located in the hip inner-city suburb of Richmond and its combination of stylish architecture and luxury features make it very attractive to potential buyers.
The property includes an indoor golf simulator, a wine cellar, a private gym, exquisite living area and a gorgeous outdoor terrace.
It is located in one of Melbourne’s most popular suburbs and is just a short walking distance from the MCG and a host of world class restaurants and bars.

The property will head to auction on Saturday, October 28 with a price guide between $2.5m to $2.65m.
Lee is looking to offload the property as he and his girlfriend Rebecca begin a $5million renovation on a derelict Melbourne mansion he bought two years ago.
The TV star purchased the run-down Hawthorn property, which overlooks the Yarra River, for $8.5million in 2021 with hopes of transforming it into his dream home.
Despite some push-back from locals, Lee and his partner Rebecca Harding, 31, have now been granted council approval for the build, reports The Herald Sun.
The council will send the couple a notice of support for a development application that includes adding a second building to the 1876 Italianate mansion.
Some of the planned features Lee and Harding have outlined include a home theatre, a gym, a swimming pool and a ‘mega bedroom’.

In a statement to the publication, Boroondara Council confirmed it had issued a notice of decision to grant a planning permit for the Yarra Grove address.
Back in 2021, Lee’s selling agent told the Herald Sun renovating the property was going to be a huge passion project for the popular TV presenter and his partner.
‘It’s probably going to be a lifetime passion, a generational home for them. They were drawn to the opportunity to renovate an original home,’ they said.
The dilapidated Italianate style manor property, built in circa 1876, sits on a princely 2,000sqm lot and looks out onto the Yarra River.
