Model Daisy Lowe is planning to add a spacious open-plan kitchen to her new three-bedroom home in north London, documents reveal.
The 28-year-old bought the three-storey terraced property in trendy Camden for £1.65million earlier this year.
She now hopes to extend the ground floor with a conservatory that will create space for a kitchen-dining room.

An online listing praises the property as being ‘fantastically presented’ with ‘a wealth of period features’, including double glazed sash windows, high ceilings, Victorian fireplaces, original cornices, traditional style radiators and oak wood floor boards.
The bright master bedroom is situated on the first floor and there are two further bedrooms on the second floor.
The ground floor already boasts a bright reception room with a bay window, a fully fitted kitchen and a separate dining room with French doors that leads directly on to a private terrace and garden.

However it appears Daisy is planning to reconfigure the kitchen-dining room to create a larger, more open space.
Documents submitted to Camden Council reveal a request for an additional 10sq m glass-roofed extension leading on from the current dining room.
A document from her planning agent outlines: ‘The proposed conservatory extension will create additional space for a kitchen-dining area and also improve the visual and physical connection of the property to the garden.

‘Along with the refurbishment of the interior the aim is to create a modern sustainable family dwelling and to ensure the long term use and occupation of the house.’
The model has also submitted a separate application to extend what is currently the kitchen.
Both spaces would combine to create a much larger room at the rear of the property.

The application also explains that the conservatory will not be within eyesight of Miss Lowe’s neighbours.
Planners at Camden Council are expected to make a decision on the plans next month and there have been no objections from neighbours so far.
Celebrities including Daniel Craig and Dermot O’Leary live nearby.
