Ferne McCann reveals first video of baby daughter Sunday

Ferne McCann has shared the first video of her newborn daughter Sunday – just one week after her ex-boyfriend Arthur Collins was found guilty of an acid attack.

The 27-year-old former TOWIE star took to Instagram on Monday to share a video of herself caressing her little girl, captioned: ‘Kisses for my munchkinette’.

The post comes just one week after Arthur, who is Sunday’s father, was convicted of 14 GBH and ABH charges for throwing acid in a London nightclub in April, and leaving 22 injured.

Ferne gave birth to her daughter earlier this month and shared the clip of her gently kissing the little one on her forehead as she tenderly cradles her and says: ‘Look at this head of hair’.

Ferne looks happy and relaxed as she gushes over her baby girl, wearing no make-up and her brunette locks effortlessly pinned back.

The TV presenter is planning to bring up her first child alone after Sunday’s father, Arthur, was found guilty of causing GBH and ABH to innocent nightclub revelers by throwing corrosive acid into a crowd at Mangle E8 in Dalston.

Soon after Arthur was accused of the vile attack Ferne finished their relationship, and announced plans to bring up her unborn baby as a single parent.

The pair had a year-long on-off romance before he went on the run over the attack and was arrested by police.

He was convicted of 14 GBH and ABH charges last Monday, and was told he faces a ‘substantial’ jail term.

After he was found guilty of the attack, which took place over Easter weekend, Ferne released a statement to MailOnline which sent her condolences to those affected.

The message red: ‘Ferne’s thoughts are of course with the innocent people caught up in the events at Mangle last April. No one should ever be faced with violence on a night out.

‘Having given birth days ago, Ferne is focusing on being the best mother she can be. She long ago accepted that she would be doing this alone and is determined to provide the best possible future for her daughter.’

A friend had previously revealed to MailOnline that Ferne was ‘in bits’ over the attack and is trying to come to terms with how her ex could have done such a thing.

The source said: ‘She is having a really tough time. She is putting on a brave face to the world but behind the scenes, her family are really worried about her.

‘This is her maternity leave. She’s really emotional and can’t believe what has happened. She never thought in a million years he would do this. She’s in bits. She’s just doing the best she can but is absolutely devastated.’

Moving on from the terrible ordeal however, Ferne is now embracing motherhood – and littering her social media accounts with posts about her new lifestyle as a parent, including a leisurely walk with her daughter cosied up in her pram.
