She also captured a video of the orange t-shirt clad youngsters competing in a sack race, filling almost the entire starting line.
‘Sack Race…#WhenYourKidsTakeUpTheEntireSackRace #NeverGiveUp,’ she joked in the caption.
All nine also competed in a five kilometer race, with one of the eight hitching a ride on his mom’s back.
‘And last but not least to finish the race…#LittleJonah #NeverGiveUp #IsJonahYourHouseAndYourTheSnail,’ she wrote, with a cute vid of her son clinging on.

Suleman has ten sons and four daughters in total, including octuplets Jonah, Nariyah, Josiah, Maliyah, Isaiah, Noah, Jeremiah and Makai.
She and her 14 children live in a three bedroom townhouse outside of Los Angeles.
She revealed last year she is trying to leave the ‘octomom’ persona behind and said she only clung to that identity for money.

She told DailyMail.com she is deeply ashamed of the ‘dehumanizing and exploitative’ work she did as a celebrity porn star and stripper to make ends meet.
‘Everything I ever did was for money to put food on the table,’ Suleman said.
‘Everyone thinks I had all these donations and help but I didn’t – I did everything on my own and paid everything out of my own pocket so I was Octomom for four years.
‘The last two years of it were so dark. I descended down a very dark and destructive path.’
Natalie – born Nadya – initially received public backlash when she used a controversial IVF treatment to become pregnant again, despite being on welfare and already having six kids.
The doctor, Dr. Michael Kamrav, who agreed to transfer 12 embryos instead of the usual standard two or three was later expelled from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
A spokesperson said the doctor had repeatedly violated the organization’s standards, though was not kicked out of the group for his work with any one patient, according to CBS News.
