Kyle Sandilands revealed his body weight live on The Kyle and Jackie O show on Tuesday.
The radio king, 52, and co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson were discussing Body Mass Index’s (BMI), a measure of body fat based on height and weight.
‘I weigh 126kg of meat,’ he proudly proclaimed.
A producer on The Kyle and Jackie ‘O’ Show then disclosed the ‘healthy’ BMI for a man of his height.
‘For a 6ft1 man, you should weigh somewhere between 75 to 91kg,’ she said.

Despite the shock revelation, Kyle said he has no plans to start exercising.
‘Then you’ve got to go to the gym and ugh, it’s too much. No one give a s**t about all that. No one,’ he exclaimed.
‘Well actually that’s not true, most people do,’ he added.
The radio king’s weight has fluctuated over the years. He is pictured left at the 2005 Australian Idol finale, and right in 2017 at the ARIA Awards
At the start of the year Kyle was forced to deny rumours he’s taking Ozempic after he lost some weight.
The accusations of Ozempic use were levelled to the radio king by his own newsreader Brooklyn Ross.
‘My mum asked me if you’re on Ozempic, Kyle,’ the producer said on live radio, prompting a laugh from Kyle.
Showing a picture of the media personality looking very slimmed down just weeks apart, Kyle said: ‘It’s just a good angle of me.’

When that wasn’t convincing enough, he added: ‘Maybe I’ve stopped eating as much bread and drinking Coca Cola.’
Jackie O quickly jumped to her colleague’s defense, saying: ‘You always come back from the [Christmas] break a little bit skinnier because you’ve been healthier, by the sun, you’re less into the twelve coffees.’
‘And my wife – I go, “Can you bring me a chocolate paddle pop?” and a salad shows up,’ Kyle said.
‘And I get angry… but I just eat it anyway because it’s been given to me.’
