Socialite Lizzie Buttrose has put her home in an affluent suburb of Sydney for sale ahead of her wedding and move to north Queensland.
The 48-year-old, who got engaged for the seventh time to boyfriend Zoran Stopar last year, has listed her four-bedroom home in Vaucluse – where the median value of a property is $4,350,000.
The property in Hopetoun Mews is will auctioned in December unless it is sold prior, according to the online listing.
In a bid to lure in prospective buyers, it adds that the property is ‘a blank canvas for those looking to secure their spot in a blue ribbon location.’

Ms Buttrose’s real estate agent adds that the property’s features include ‘large windows allowing great natural light’ and an open veranda along the entire north side of the property.
The listing also claims the property’s gardens are an ‘amazing space’ with ‘green grass and manicured gardens.’
Ms Buttrose – niece of media legend Ita Buttrose – and Mr Stopar’s wedding date of December 1 was revealed in a court hearing last month.

The couple plan to wed while Ms Buttrose has an apprehended violence order (AVO) against him, according to news.com.au.
Mr Stopar – a base jumper and mountain biker – in court admitting defacing photos of Ms Buttrose and her family with the words ‘sl**’ and ‘junkie.’
Following Mr Stopar’s guilty pleas to charges including punching Ms Buttrose’s TV, his lawyer revealed the couple planned to wed in December.
Mr Stopar also asked the magistrate if the court orders made against him would prevent him moving to Queensland with his bride-to-be, to which the Magistrate advised ‘not a problem.’

Police were called to the couple’s Vaucluse home 13 times in 2017, according to news.com.au.
On September 17, they arrested Mr Stopar and he was charged with six offences, including assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
But the assault charge was later dropped.
And at the AVO hearing, Ms Buttrose told the court that she had opposed the order.
She also said that on the day in question, she had drunk a bottle of wine and shots of a strong spirit before passing out in her backyard.

She said that when her fiancé woke her up, she became violent.
Mr Stopar is the seventh man Ms Buttrose has been engaged to.
She was once married to Dean Lyman and tried to have her marriage to him annulled.
She was later married to printer John Spira, whose business failed in 2001, around the same time the pair’s marriage broke down, according to the Daily Telegraph.
Ms Buttrose has also been engaged to multi-millionaire Ashod Nassibian in 2005.
