Dr Chris Brown reveals what he really thinks about his I’m A Celebrity replacement Robert Irwin following shock Ten exit: ‘Disappointed’

Dr Chris Brown has revealed what he really thinks about his I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! Australia replacement Robert Irwin.

The 45-year-old was replaced by Robert 20, on the latest season of the Channel Ten show following his shock exit.

Chris told KIIS FM’s The Kyle and Jackie O show on Tuesday, he thinks Robert did a ‘great’ job but joked he was ‘disappointed’ there was no flirting between him and co-host Julia Morris.

‘I thought he and Julia were great,’ he said.

Host Kyle Sandilands then said: ‘Julia has changed her presentation style because she can’t fawn over a sexy beast. It’s almost like she’s a mother to him now.’

‘Was I disappointed she didn’t flirt with him? I don’t know. It would be weird if I was,’ Chris jokingly responded.

It comes as Chris is set to host his new Channel Seven series Dream Home.

In a surprise move the network has renewed the celebrity vet’s series – before its first season has made its premiere.

Based on a successful New Zealand format, the reality show will see six couples attempt to convert each other’s houses room-by-room.

The show will be Chris’ network Seven series debut, after the former I’m Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here star made his shock exit from Channel 10 last year.

Producers of Dream home, meanwhile, have announced a casting call for season 2 reported TV Blackbox.

This season’s winner will receive their own ‘dream home’ and a top prize of $100,000.

Renovator Lana Taylor, buyer’s agent Simon Cohen and interior designer Rosie Morley will join Chris as judges for the debut series.

He is also set to host the 2024 season of Dancing With The Stars alongside Sonia Kruger.

Chris signed a two-year contract with Seven worth more than $1million a year, following his contractual obligations for I’m A Celebrity at his former network.
