Sofia Vergara dug into a huge plate of pasta while enjoying her Italian vacation with friends as seen in images posted to Instagram on Friday. 

The America’s Got Talent judge, 52 – who has been staying in the beach city of Forte dei Marmi in northern Tuscany with friends Anastasia Soare and Pietro Tavallini – was at the Alpemare Forte dei Marmi near Genoa.

The Modern Family star looked elegant in a red and white print strapless dress with a corseted top and an A-line skirt with pockets.

Her makeup looked camera ready with a natural pink lip and her hair was styled in loose layers.

The Griselda star – who received an Emmy nomination for her work on the series – accessorized with a large diamond solitaire on a thin gold chain, stacked with a diamond encrusted heart pendant on a thicker gold necklace.

After twirling her pasta, Vergara and company settled into a plate of what appeared to be a large fish baked in salt. 

‘Primo piatto y secundo piatto,’ or ‘first course and second course’ she wrote next to the carousel on Instagram. 

‘How do you eat so much and not gain weight?’ was a common question on the post.

After their delicious dinner, Vergara and Soare posed in front of the turquoise painted changing rooms at the resort.

The restaurant’s website indicated all of the ‘historic cabins have been rebuilt with great attention to aesthetics and functionality.’

Known as being one of the major destinations that attracts the Italian upper class, Forte dei Marmi typically has its population of 7,700 nearly triple in the summer months.

Tourists flock to the Ligurian Sea resort from Florence, Milan, Germany and even Russia, according to Wikipedia.

The actress was scheduled to take the stage Friday night at the Teatro del Silenzio Tuscany where Andrea Bocelli was scheduled to celebrate his 30th anniversary with other special guests, including Johnny Depp, Ed Sheeran, Will Smith and Queen’s Brian May. 

Vergara made it a friends trip, rather than a romantic vacation.

The single actress as been linked to orthopedic surgeon Dr. Justin Saliman since October 2023, months after divorcing ex-husband Joe Manganiello. 

The entrepreneurial beauty has been showcasing her Toty skincare line, especially the Ilumina Mineral Glow SPF 50+.
