Married At First Sight Australia’s Jono McCullough and Ellie Dix have revealed their shock baby plans.

The pair caused controversy on this year’s season of the reality dating show when Jono’s cheating drama with Ellie was exposed while he was married to Lauren Dunn.

Jono and Ellie have been going strong since the series ended, and now it looks like babies might be on the cards.

Taking to Instagram for a Q&A session on Wednesday, Gold Coast-based Jono fielded a series of provocative questions from his followers.

One of them asked where he saw himself in five years.

‘Ah nice question!’ the MAFS groom answered.

‘Living in Palm Beach, running a business (or two) with Ellie, in a house of our dreams, with maybe 2.5 children,’ he added.

Jono was also asked if he still talked to ‘any of the guys’ from MAFS.

‘Absolutely… 9 off the top of my head,’ he said.

It comes as Jono recently pleaded with trolls to be considerate in a video posted to social media.

In an emotional plea shared on social media, the former MAFS groom has opened up, urging detractors to show empathy.

‘So this goes out to all the haters, all the people who’ve said all the negative comments. I get it. I understand,’ he confessed, bearing the weight of the judgment.

‘People ask me, do you hate the trolls? And I say ‘no’, because, if I saw what they saw, I’d probably feel the same way. I probably wouldn’t go as far as some people have.’

‘There’s been some pretty horrible stuff… And, no matter how strong you are, it takes a toll. It does,’ he continued.

‘It’s been hard getting up each morning and, being confronted by all the negativity.’

Jono concluded the video thanking all the people who have sent love and support.
