The autopsy report on the death of Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash’s stepdaughter Lucy-Bleu Knight has finally been released in full.
Knight was found unresponsive on July 19 and was pronounced dead the same day at 3 p.m. local time.
The report, which was obtained by DailyMail.com, was released after the Los Angeles County’s medical examiner announced in a statement late last month that Knight had died of hydrogen sulfide toxicity, while the manner of death was ruled a ‘suicide.’
The new full autopsy report shares more details about Knight’s condition, and reveals the disturbing note she left with a warning for first responders.
Knight was determined to have died as a result of inhaling the toxic gas, which is naturally occurring and can also be found in sewage treatment plants and oil refineries.

However, it can also be created by mixing certain cleaning products.
First responders entering the home could have been at risk of poisoning or even death from lingering gas, but Knight had placed a note on a trash can that would be immediately visible in the kitchen when someone opened the front door.
‘CAUTION CALL HAZMAT IM SO SORRY H2S GAS TOXIC DONT ENTER,’ Lucy-Bleu wrote on the note warning anyone who entered to check on her.
Investigators noticed that blue tape had been used to apparently seal the cracks in the door, and the tape was also placed over light fixtures, on electrical outlets and covering ceiling air vents.
According to the report, Knight’s body was discovered in the bathroom, where she was lying on her back on the floor.
In addition to the tape that had lined the windows, responders also observed black plastic bags lining the bottom of the bathroom’s walk-in shower.
According to the report, Knight had checked into a short-term rental house, and her body was only found after the landlord, who had rented other properties to her in the past, didn’t receive a response after messaging her.
