Barron Trump was spotted negotiating his first days on the campus of NYU, as it’s revealed the school’s interim dean called his father a ‘threat’ to the United States.
Former President Donald Trump told DailyMail.com last week that his youngest son will become a student at its Stern School of Business as he moved in.
J.P. Eggers, the interim dean of the Stern School, was one of 1,400 signatories to a letter titled ‘It’s Time for America’s Business Leaders to Speak Out Against the Threat Trump Poses to Our Republic’.
Written in October 2020, the missive declares it ‘unacceptable and immoral to remain silent’ about how Trump ‘is unfit to lead and is a threat to the Republic’.
The letter was drafted by Professor Deepak Malhotra of Harvard Business School and signed by 21 different faculty members from NYU Stern.
‘It is time for our business leaders to exhibit the moral courage and civic-mindedness that they have long professed—and that others have already shown. It is time to sound the alarm’.

DailyMail.com has reached out to the Stern School of Business for comment.
Trump – who faces Kamala Harris in their first debate ahead of the November election in Philadelphia tonight – beamed about his son’s acceptance last week.
‘He was accepted to a lot of colleges,’ said a proud Donald Trump.
‘He’s a very smart guy, and he’ll be going to Stern, the business school, which is a great school at N.Y.U.’

Stern is among America’s best business schools with a highly selective undergraduate program – only about 1 in 20 applicants is successful.
Barron, 18, is the youngest son of the former president and wife Melania. He graduated in May from Palm Beach’s prestigious Oxbridge Academy.
Trump said his son considered following in his father’s footsteps at Pennsylvania University’s Wharton School, but ultimately opted for NY.U.
‘It’s a very high quality place. He liked it. He liked the school,’ Trump told DailyMail.com.
‘We liked NYU. I’ve known NYU for a long time, but it’s one of the highest rated…
‘I went to Wharton, and that was certainly one that we were considering. We didn’t do that.
‘We went for Stern.
‘He’s a very high aptitude child, but he’s no longer a child. He’s just passed into something beyond child-dom. He’s he’s doing great.’

And Trump said his son planned to continue playing soccer at college. He is known to be fanatical about the sport, and has played for one of MLS side DC United’s youth teams.
The NYU campus is not far Trump Tower in Manhattan, where Barron spent much of his childhood before his father became president.
Stern’s undergraduate program is highly selective, and only about one in 20 applicants make the grade.
Famous alumni include Alan Greenspan, former chairman of the Federal Reserve, and Kenneth Langone, founding financier of Home Depot.
Trump also opened up later with DailyMail.com describing how Barron has become a crucial element of his campaign, helping connect with Gen Z voters via influencers and podcasters.
‘He knows so much about it,’ Trump said during an interview last week at his Mar-a-Lago home in Florida.
‘Adin Ross, you know, I mean, I do some people that I wasn’t so familiar with, different generation. He knows every one of them. And we’ve had tremendous success.’
The livestream with Ross was filmed at Mar-a-Lago and had more than 580,000 live viewers at its peak, making it the third most concurrently viewed stream on the Kick platform this year.
However, he also described how his family had paid a heavy price for being in the public eye.
