James Franco, 46, enjoys romantic dinner date with girlfriend Isabel Pakzad, 28, during rare outing in Los Angeles

James Franco was spotted enjoying a night out with his girlfriend Isabel Pakzad on Tuesday.

The Spring Breakers star, 46, was pictured heading to the celebrity-frequented Sushi Park restaurant in West Hollywood with the 28-year-old actress.

For their rare outing, Franco put on a casual display and layered a white, long-sleeved shirt underneath a navy blue graphic T-shirt.

He also donned distressed, gray jeans, all-white sneakers and a baseball cap.

Meanwhile, the brunette beauty donned a stained, gray button-down with a black miniskirt and brown moto boots.

Before their dinner plans, the pair — who were also spotted heading out for a romantic dinner date earlier this month — were seen chatting to friends in the parking lot and heading into the restaurant with them.

The pair have been romantically linked and dating since November 2017.

However, they only confirmed their romance with their first public appearance together in the summer of 2018.

Their outing comes after Franco returned to the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival in May following five years away from the limelight.

In 2019, he was accused and sued by five students who attended his film school, Studio 4, for behaving inappropriately towards them.

One student in particular accused him of sexual misconduct and claimed he forced her to perform oral sex.

At the time, Franco denied the allegations via his attorney and eventually settled the lawsuit.

Late last year, he made an appearance on a podcast and reiterated that any sexual contact between him and his students were consensual.

‘Over the course of my teaching, I did sleep with my students, and that was wrong,’ he said on SiriusXM’s The Jess Cagle Podcast in December 2021.

Since then, Franco and Pakzad have been dating but made a point to keep their relationship out of the spotlight.

At the time, it was believed that the actor had decided against going public with their relationship after he made headlines for alleged sexual misconduct just weeks into their romance.

The star blamed his infidelities and inappropriate behavior on sex addiction, which he turned to after quitting alcohol as a teen.

‘It’s such a powerful drug,’ he explained. ‘I got hooked on it for 20 more years. The insidious part of that is that I stayed sober from alcohol all that time.’

He added: ‘And I went to meetings all that time. I even tried to sponsor other people. So in my head, it was like, “Oh, I’m sober. I’m living a spiritual life,” where on the side, I’m acting out now in all these other ways, and I couldn’t see it.’

Franco said he has been in sex addiction recovery since 2016 and has ‘been doing a lot of work’ to change.
