Country superstar Luke Combs reveals he’s returning to Australia and New Zealand with huge national tour

Luke Combs has taken to social media to confirm he will be embarking on a huge tour of Australia and New Zealand in 2025.

The country music star, 34, shared a post to Instagram on Thursday in which he revealed the exciting news and teased tour details.

‘Australia and New Zealand, I told you guys we were coming back. I’m kicking off 2025 Down Under in January and February,’ Luke began.

‘Four cities, four stadiums, eight shows! We’re doing Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. 

‘Pre-sale starts on September 23rd, can’t wait to see you guys, it’s going to be fun!’

Luke will kick off his Australasian Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old Tour at Eden Park Stadium in Auckland on Friday, January 17, and perform another show there the following night.

He will then head to Brisbane to play two concerts at Suncorp Stadium on the 24th and 25th of January. 

The Fast Car hitmaker will then play two shows at Sydney’s Accor Stadium, before finishing up with two performances at Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium.

General public tickets go on sale on Wednesday, September 25 through Ticketek. 

The tour coincides with the recent release of his fifth studio album Fathers and Sons, in which he reflected on his experiences as a new parent. 

Luke appears to love performing Down Under, as he performed across the country last August as part of his 2023 world tour.

He will be supported on stage by Australian country music star Lane Pittman, who hails from Tamworth, NSW.

Many of Luke’s Aussie fans took to the comment section to express their delight at the news.

‘Fan-f**king-tastic! Can’t wait,’ one person wrote and another chipped in: ‘Yesssss so excited! I’m not missing out this time!’

Australian music fans love Luke’s unique style of country pop, with his 2019 album What You See Is What You Get reaching number one on the ARIA charts.
