The 49-year-old father-of-one, who welcomed Lea with Shayk, 38, in 2017, was dressed comfortably in a plain gray T-shirt and matching sweatpants.
He sported a scruffy beard and covered his long, brown hair with a black Pearl Jam baseball cap.
The longtime actor even carried her pale pink backpack over one shoulder as he took her to get ice cream.

He punctuated his casual outfit with a pair of tan and black Jordan sneakers.
For her part, little Lea was clad in navy blue shorts and a coordinating T-shirt.
She wore red and white socks with her sneakers, which had white and black accents.
Russian supermodel Irina is currently in Italy, where she is walking for labels like Attico and Ferrari during Milan Fashion Week.
She and Cooper were first romantically linked in 2015 before splitting in 2019.
Bradley recently returned to New York after spending time in the Mediterranean with girlfriend Gigi Hadid, 29.
Lea joined them and was spotted on a banana boat with them off the South of France earlier this month.

Shayk described her ex as ‘a full-on, hands-on dad — no nanny,’ when chatting with Highsnobiety.
She added, ‘Lea went on holiday with him for almost two weeks — I didn’t call them once.’
And in an interview with Elle, she share that Irina she and the A Star Is Born leading man ‘always find a way’ to align their work schedules to share their parenting responsibilities.
‘He’s the best father Lea and I could dream of. It always works, but it always works because we make it work,’ she gushed.
