Al Pacino and his girlfriend Noor Alfallah are thriving in their romance as they celebrated her birthday with a star-studded bash.
In an Instagram video from Noor’s 30th celebration shared on Thursday, the couple— who welcomed their son Roman in 2023 — looked smitten as the Oscar-winning actor helped her blow out the candles on her cake.
As the glamorous crowd cheered, Pacino stepped back from the stunning three-tiered dessert, flashing his signature megawatt smile.
Noor stood by his side, assisting with the candles before later posing for photos with famous guests like Scout Willis and Julia Fox.
The festive celebration comes just a month after Noor publicly revealed Roman’s face for the first time.

While out and about in Los Angeles, Noor — who was previously linked to 81-year-old Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger — gently cradled her charming baby boy, who looks remarkably like the Scarface legend.
Last November, Pacino agreed to provide $30,000 per month in child support for Roman.
While Noor has full physical custody of Roman, they share joint legal custody. Additionally, Pacino will contribute $15,000 each year to a college fund for their son.
Roman is Pacino’s fourth child. He also has a 34-year-old daughter, Julia, from his relationship with acting coach Jan Tarrant, and fraternal twins, Anton and Olivia, aged 23, with Emmy nominee Beverly D’Angelo.
Though Pacino has never married, he has had significant relationships with notable figures such as Diane Keaton, Jill Clayburgh, Penelope Ann Miller, Kathleen Quinlan, Lyndall Hobbs, and Lucila Solá.
Noor previously told Vogue Arabia that parenting with the Godfather icon was ‘greater’ than she ‘ever could imagine.’
She further gushed about their son, telling the publication: ‘Roman has just been the greatest gift from God, a thousand times better than what I ever thought he would be. Every day I look at him, I just know I’m so blessed.’
She also recalled meeting Pacino after they were sat next to each other at a dinner.
‘I thought it was cool. I thought, wow, that’s Al Pacino. I went to film school, so I wasn’t dumb about who he was. He’s a very talented and unique person.’
‘But I had no intention of thinking like, oh, he is going to be my son’s father one day.’
She said they didn’t exchange numbers that evening or see each other again for a year, until they met at restaurant E Baldi by coincidence one day and established a friendship.

Noor said when the COVID pandemic hit they ended up spending every day together, as he lived down the street from her home.
The pair would watch movies together and play chess.
‘It was like film school with Al Pacino. “Did you ever see Scarface?” he asked me. “No,” I answered, “Though I know the lines. Say hello to my little friend.”‘
She says eventually their friendship ‘just became something more.’
