It comes after Adriana sparked speculation she’s had fillers ‘dissolved’ after she debuted another new look at an event last week, just months after she was forced to hit back at plastic surgery rumours.

Her rare appearance comes after fans claimed she looked ‘unrecognisable’ at a red carpet premiere in November.
