Radio and television star Carrie Bickmore has given a rare insight into her beauty regimen.
Carrie, who at 43 looks half her age, took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday to share her one go-to product.
While many would be forgiven for thinking the blonde beauty spends hundreds of dollars on all manner of face creams and moisturisers, the truth is a little more low budget.
Carrie’s go-to for facial rejuvenation is a humble tube of Cicaplast Baume B5+ Balm Cream from La Roche-Posay, which costs as little as $21.
The cream is a multi-repairing hydrating balm for dry skin with a rich nourishing texture that can be used for multiple purposes on adults, children and babies with sensitive skin.
It is said to be perfect for extreme dryness, dry patches, rough areas and post-procedure skin.
Carrie took to social media to share a photo of her well used tube of the affordable face cream, cut in half so she could extract every last drop of the cream.
‘When you cut open the tube to squeeze out every inch,’ Carrie captioned the post, augmenting the sentiment with a laugh emoji.
She added that after searching high and low for the perfect face cream, this ‘normal priced’ one had been a ‘game changer’.

‘This normal priced baby has been a game changer.’
A 100ml tube of the cream, which is available at the likes of Chemist Warehouse, will set you back around $35 while the smaller 40ml tube costs around $21.
Carrie turned up the heat last month when she shared some very racy photos to social media.

Carrie has been rumoured to be romantically involved with her colleague Tommy Little since her split from partner of 11 years Chris Walker at the start of 2023.
Tommy has reportedly been single since his split from girlfriend Natalie Kyriacou in 2021.
Last year, Carrie and Tommy hosted their HIT FM radio show from Paris, France, which had fans convinced they were romantically involved.
He rushed to Carrie’s side at the time she confirmed her break-up, leading insiders to speculate their friendship could evolve into something more.
