Katherine Ryan puts on a busty display as she dazzles in a shiny metallic dress as she joins husband Bobby Kootstra at the Glamour Of The Year Awards

Katherine Ryan looked incredible as she arrived alongside her husband Bobby Kootstra at the Glamour Women Of The Year Awards at Raffles in London on Tuesday.

The award winning comedian, 41, has returned once again to host the ceremony in west London – for the fourth year in a row.

And she made sure to dress to impress as she dazzles in a metallic strapless dress.

Featuring a mesh skirt and long train, Katherine beamed in snaps as the lights reflected off her shiny number.

Completing the look with simple black strappy heels, she wore her blonde bob with a slight curl and accessorised the look with a sparkling silver necklace.

She held hands with her husband Bobby who looked rather dapper in a white suit jacket, white T-shirt and black tailored trousers.

The couple, who share children Fred, three, and Fenna, two as well as Violet, 15, from Katherine’s previous relationship, looked to be enjoying an evening away from the chaos of family life.

GLAMOUR’s Women of the Year Awards has returned for another year to celebrate some of the biggest names in music, television, film, and sport.

The event, which is sponsored by Samsung and the new Galaxy Ring, honours the activists and record-breakers who are leading the charge for women’s equality.

Past winners have included Kim Cattrall, Naomi Campbell and Victoria Beckham.

Deborah Joseph, European Editorial Director at GLAMOUR, said of the inspiring event: ‘2024 has already been both a momentous and difficult year for women around the globe, with so many incredible activists speaking truth to power, as well as deeply concerning areas of regression in women’s rights.

‘While we still have so much to fight for, it’s even more important to champion the gamechangers, advocates, and feminist icons who are making the world a better place for women.

‘I can’t wait to toast them all at our annual GLAMOUR Women of the Year awards.’

It comes after Katherine took a swipe at male comics who spend months away from their families while on tour – as she revealed she will travel three hours to get home to sleep with her children.

The star said she ‘tours like a mum not like a dad’ and said her children don’t like her being away.

‘I’m gone at 3pm every day,’ she said speaking on the Dish podcast, ‘I tour like a mum, not like a dad.’

‘So the boys in my industry they just disappear for ten months, and I have to go back and forth and zigzag and I still sleep with the children because they wake up in the night and I just don’t feel like an infant should be unattended ever.

‘North of Leeds I will sleep over, but anything within three hours I am coming home.’
