WiseTech billionaire Richard White’s bombshell baby revelation as his secret lover Linda Rogan breaks cover – amid bankruptcy row over lavish Vaucluse love nest

Beauty entrepreneur Linda Rogan has broken cover in Sydney’s eastern suburbs amid her mysterious court battle with billionaire businessman Richard White, who has recently become a father again at the age of 69.

Sources close to the tech tycoon confirmed he and girlfriend Zena Nasser, a former criminal defence lawyer, welcomed a daughter called Jasmine via surrogate in July.

Ms Rogan, who owns a laser clinic at Double Bay in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, is embroiled in a legal dispute with Mr White, the founder of WiseTech Global, who has an estimated worth of $9.7billion.

The 55-year-old mother-of-three faced off with Mr White in the Federal Court on Wednesday when an application was heard for a suppression order.

The reason behind the dispute, which has spilled into bankruptcy proceedings brought against Ms Rogan, remains unclear but Mr White’s lawyers are arguing to suppress key documents in the matter.

The bankruptcy proceedings come after a lengthy local court case between the two which started last year and appear to be linked to a fight over $90,000 worth of luxury furniture bought for a $13.1million mansion at harbourside Vaucluse.

Ms Rogan has alleged Mr White secretly bought the mansion for her and her children at a September 2022 auction and then instructed her to buy furniture for the house.

Sources close to Ms Rogan said Mr White’s girlfriend was ‘livid’ after discovering his relationship with Ms Rogan was at one point sexual.

According to allegations contained in court documents, Ms Rogan was locked out of the Vaucluse mansion two months later.

The property was sold at a loss four months after its purchase for $11.5million.

In February last year there ‘was a hasty sale’ of the mansion at ‘a significant loss’, Ms Rogan said, according to court documents.

But by then, Ms Rogan alleges, she had paid more than $91,000 for furniture including a $10,200 mattress for which which Mr White did not reimburse her.

Ms Rogan alleges she was present when documents were signed by Mr White to form a company that would buy the Vaucluse property.

‘Mr Richard White wanted to hide his identity’ regarding the property purchase, Ms Rogan alleges, according to the court documents.

‘Immediately after auction Richard White instructed me to order furniture for the property. I attended furniture stores and placed orders,’ she added.

‘I spent 6 weeks on furniture selection and ordering. [In November 2022] Richard White instructed his lawyer … to lock me out of the house.’

‘Richard White has not responded to a single letter or any communication to resolve this matter and has left me out of pocket for $91,474.20 for the furniture that I order[ed] based on his promises.’

Mr White has denied Ms Rogan’s allegations about their relationship, the house and furniture.

‘I intend to defend the claim as I never entered into an agreement with the plaintiff (Ms Rogan) about the furniture … and never directed her to purchase the furniture or engage the design services,’ Mr White said, according to court documents.

While Ms Rogan has no shortage of male admirers – boasting almost 15,000 followers on Instagram – she is married to Israeli mystery man Gil Sartena, a securities trader.

Ms Rogan was at one time a front-runner to join The Real Housewives of Sydney and is understood to be a popular regular at Easts rugby club in Rose Bay.

Mr White started his WiseTech business in 1994 to write code for Australian freight forwarders. The ASX-listed company now offers productivity solutions to logistics firms.

WiseTech Global went public in 2016 with a $1billion valuation. It is now worth more than $20billion.

However, it is Mr White’s partner, Ms Nasser, who is known for making headlines.

In 2007, Ms Nasser was accused of having an ‘improper relationship’ with an inmate while she worked as a criminal defence lawyer.

The alleged incident reportedly saw her banned by NSW Corrective Services from entering any prison in the state for up to two years.

Ms Nasser also acted for members of the Notorious bikie gang and Michael Ibrahim, who pleaded guilty to manslaughter in 2008 over the fatal stabbing in 2006 of Robin Nassour.

She also represented convicted murderer Bassam Hamzy and calls herself a ‘mother and lawyer’ in her Twitter profile.

Ms Nasser returned to the spotlight when video surfaced online of her miming Abba’s Money, Money, Money while with Mr White in St Tropez.

In one clip, she mimed, ‘I work all night, I work all day to pay the bills I have to pay. Ain’t it sad?’ as the camera panned briefly past her boyfriend while he worked away on his laptop.

Ms Nasser’s Facebook page has now been locked. Her LinkedIn and Instagram accounts appear to have been deleted.
