Chatting to MailOnline, Sky Sports presenter Kelly, 49, said: ‘What we’re looking for is something from the weekends football that isn’t necessarily being covered elsewhere.

‘There are so many football podcasts and trying to find something that isn’t done is really tricky.

‘So it’s not about analysis. It’s not necessarily about a deep dive into the tactics of the North London Derby or whatever, but it’s about the stories around it more than that.’

Teasing the eagerly-anticipated podcast – the Scottish host also revealed the trio will be candidly opening up about their own private lives.

‘We’ve all gone through very different things in life, and I think we’ll be speaking quite openly about some of the challenges that we faced in our personal lives, and in our careers.

‘We’re not going to be there as three women pretending. It’s not going to be like Loose Women, that’s for sure.

‘I think it’ll be very, very different to the current Stick to Football in that none of us have played, but we’ve all been influenced by the game in different ways.’
