England captain Harry Kane did not train with the rest of the squad on Tuesday morning as he continues his recovery from an injury.
Kane limped out of Bayern Munich’s 3-3 draw with Eintracht Frankfurt on Sunday but travelled straight to St George’s Park, where he was passed fit by England’s medical staff on Monday evening.
However, the 31-year-old striker trained indoors on an individualised programme as he enters a race to be fit for Thursday night’s Nations League game against Greece at Wembley.
All 21 other players trained as interim boss Lee Carsley prepares for the double-header, with a trip to Finland to come on Sunday.
Ezri Konsa, Morgan Gibbs-White and Kobbie Mainoo withdrew from the squad on Monday due to injuries picked up playing for their clubs over the weekend.

Kane’s absence is cause for concern for Carsley, who chose not to call up any replacements for the three players who dropped out of the squad.
It is the second injury concern the England captain has been hit with in a matter of weeks after he was a doubt to face Aston Villa in the Champions League last week, before completing 90 minutes.
If Kane is to miss the Three Lions’ Nations League meeting with Greece, Carsley has both Dominic Solanke and Ollie Watkins to call upon.
Solanke has returned to the England setup after seven years away due to his strong start to the season at his new club Tottenham.
The forward has netted three times for Ange Postecoglou’s side since his £65million move from Bournemouth in the summer.
With Kane missing training, Solanke’s chances of featuring for the first time since his debut in November 2017 have surged. If he is summoned to play, it will be the longest gap between England caps since Ian Walker (February 1997-June 2004).

Speaking about Solanke’s inclusion, Carsley said: ‘Dom’s a player I’m fully aware of having worked with him in the past.
‘He was really close to being in the last squad but got injured just before selection. He did so well at Bournemouth and now he’s taken that form into Spurs.
‘He’s got a lot of really good attributes that I really like, as well as being a really nice person. He’s extremely talented and it’s good that we’ve got him.’
Eberechi Eze, Harry Maguire, Tino Livramento, and Jarrod Bowen were the four casualties in Carsley’s latest squad.
Meanwhile, there were doubts over Noni Madueke’s fitness after he sustained a foot injury against Nottingham Forest at the weekend. However, he has been passed fit and featured in training.
