Brooke Burke is proud of her fit figure and credits it to her strict diet and exercise regimen. 

The TV personality, 53 — who is no stranger to flashing the flesh on camera — looked age-defying in her latest sexy bikini video posted to Instagram.

In her post she said you can ‘change your body at any age.’

On Tuesday, she posed up a storm in a yellow string bikini, metallic two-piece and teal get-up that hugged her toned curves. 

‘Bikini check✔️ here’s what I’m doing different this month & the BODY of evidence,’ she said before listing the eight steps she swears by to maintain her hot body.

The former Dancing with the Stars co-host explained that she follows an 18 hour fasting window, meaning, she can eat during a six hour slot of her choosing. 

She eats two meals per day, which she says consist of ‘a nutrient dense’ smoothie from her supplement brand and one ‘early evening meal.’

A 20 minute sweat detox sauna is a must for the Melissa and Joey star, which she pairs with a three to four minute cold plunge to tighten her muscles. 

And her workout routine is just as strict as her diet. 

Brooke revealed that when she goes to the gym, she uses heavy hand weights when doing core work and preforms standing ab exercises.

She also recommends attending body sculpting classes that are core focused.

Her ultimate secret is frequent red light therapy sessions which can reduce soreness and correct stretch marks that emerge from building muscle.

The Hartford, Connecticut native’s fitness tips and stunning bikini video was a hit with her 648K followers, racking up over 4.8K likes and hundreds of comments from supportive fans.

The fitness guru previously gushed over her workout routine to Health Digest, admitting she used to be ‘afraid’ of lifting weights out of worry she would bulk up.

She explained: ‘I was afraid of weights as well, because I was like, “I don’t want to look a certain way,” but when I started using them, I loved it. 

‘It changed my body the way I wanted it to, and I feel a little bit stronger with more core training — definitely on the nose with that.’
