Louise Redknapp reveals the secret to her toned tummy as she undergoes Exilis skin tightening during a pamper day

Louise Redknapp revealed the secret to her toned tummy as she enjoyed a pamper session on Wednesday. 

The singer, 49, underwent an Exilis skin tightening treatment at Idunn Rejuvenation in Surrey. 

Starting at £1000 per session, the body contouring device uses radiofrequency and ultrasound to reduce fat. 

Giving an insight into the treatment on her Instagram Story, Louise went makeup free and laid in her underwear as a beautician got to work. 

She wrote: ‘Finished off with a bit of Exilis which I love for skin tightening my fave treatment!!’

Exilis is an FDA-approved treatment that is clinically proven to reduce wrinkles by up to 42%, reduces skin laxity by 35% and increases skin density by 19%, according to their website. 

Last month, Louise enjoyed a surprise reunion with ex-father-in-law Harry as they joined a slew of stars at BGC’s charity day. 

The singer sweetly cosied up to her ex-husband Jamie’s father, as the pair proved there is no bad blood between them.

She looked effortlessly stylish in a tan and white chunky knitted cardigan, thrown over a white bodysuit and teamed with a pair of blue jeans. 

Louise completed her look with pointy black heels and gold hoop earrings, as she was photographed helping out at the charity event.

Meanwhile, Harry, 77, put on a dapper display in a navy suit and tie as he took to the phone lines to do his bit for a good cause. 

Back in 2022, Harry admitted that it was ‘difficult’ for his family when his son Jamie divorced his wife Louise, because neither of their parents’ marriages had ended in such a way.

The former football manager said that neither his son or daughter-in-law were ‘used’ to the idea of divorce, but he and his wife Sandra swore they would ‘never interfere’.

Speaking to The Times, Harry added that despite the challenges of Jamie’s divorce, everyone has managed to stay on good terms, and the footballer has now moved on with his new wife Frida Andersson.

In a joint interview with his wife Sandra, Harry reflected on Jamie’s divorce from Louise in 2017 after 19 years of marriage.

He said: ‘It was difficult when Jamie and Louise got divorced because both sets of our parents were married until they died, so we weren’t used to that. 

‘We tried to never interfere, though, and have all managed to stay friends. Everyone seems happy now.’
