A dancing nan has become a TikTok sensation after she was filmed boogieing on a table in popular Turkish resort town Marmaris.
The viral clip, which has now been viewed almost 45 million times, shows the white-haired granny getting low and waving her hands in the air as she’s cheered on by other partygoers.
Wearing a loose floral dress and sensible black sandals, the fun-loving pensioner smiles as she steadies herself by holding onto a window frame of the steak restaurant.
Proudly dancing on a table and with toilet paper stuck to the bottom of her shoe, it’s a scene club-goers all over the world could relate to.
Posted by the TikTok account @chucklebrothersmarmaris1, the 21-second clip is captioned: ‘Girls Just Wanna Have Fun’.

The video becomes even funnier when viewed alongside the comments, where a man who goes by @ojgm_ has written: ‘Not even joking this is my nan’.
When another TikToker asked ‘Wait like actually your nan or this is something your nan would do?’, the man confirmed: ‘This is my actual nan. We have never seen her act like this’.
With 48,100 comments, the video of the dancing nan clearly struck a chord with TikTok users, with many people celebrating her boldness and praising her apparent love of life.
One person commented: ‘Retired but not tired’.
Another wrote: ‘Love seeing the older generation loving their life’.

A sixth person keen to follow in the nan’s footsteps wrote: ‘This is why I want to move to Marmaris’.
Marmaris is well known for it’s lively nightlife on Bar Street, where there’s a host of drinking destinations, open-air clubs and music venues.
The comments kept coming, with a seventh person stating: ‘Party girls never die, they just need a boost up on the tables.’
An eighth made her hopes for her future clear when she wrote: ‘That’s me in 40 years, can’t tame a legend’.
Yet not everyone agreed, with another woman calling the nan’s dancing ’embarrassing’.
She claimed: ‘I am 79 but I wouldn’t be quite so embarrassing in public.’
