A child has been rushed to hospital with serious injuries after he was hit by a car in Sydney.
Ambulance crews were called to Henry Street in Guildford, in the city’s west, after reports a seven-year-old boy had been hit by a car at about 5.50pm on Saturday.
The boy suffered head and leg injuries and was treated at the scene by paramedics.
He has been rushed to the Westmead Children’s Hospital for further treatment.
Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
