James Packer’s ex-wife Jodhi Meares has relisted her heritage home in Sydney on the market.
The former swimwear model, 53, has listed the property for sale with an asking price of $4.8million.
The fisherman’s cottage was briefly for sale in late August, before it was taken off the market.
The fashion designer purchased the stunning property, located in the exclusive suburb of Watsons Bay, for $2.75m in 2017.

Jodhi famously married billionaire James Packer in 1999 before splitting in 2002.
Four years ago, Woman’s Day reported that James still had Jodhi’s number on ‘speed dial’ and ‘called her all the time’ when he needed support.
She was subsequently in a relationship with singer Jon Stevens from 2013 to 2015, and they were even engaged.
Jodhi was then briefly linked to Sydney property developer Michael Reid in May 2019, after she shared a photo of the pair looking cosy on a boat, alongside a telling caption that read: ‘Debut selfie’.
