NFL star James Cook ruled out of Monday Night Football game due to injury in huge blow

Buffalo Bills running back James Cook has been ruled out of their game against the New York Jets on Monday.

Cook had been hoping to play in the huge AFC East showdown after practicing on Sunday.

However, upon arriving at MetLife Stadium, he was quickly ruled inactive because of a toe injury in a huge blow for the Bills.

It means Ray Davis and Ty Johnson will shoulder the running game for the Bills, as well as quarterback Josh Allen, while Frank Gore Jr. is suited up too.

More to follow.
