JLS star Oritsé Williams and his wife Kazz are expecting their first child together as he says the journey ‘tested them in ways he can’t describe’

Oritsé Williams and his wife Kazz have announced they are expecting their first child together after two years of marriage.

The JLS singer, 37, has revealed his partner is pregnant after a journey he says ‘tested them in ways he can’t describe’.

Alongside a black and white pregnancy photoshoot of the couple, he wrote: ‘Overwhelmed with emotion, love, and awe, words can’t express how I feel about my Queen, my soulmate, my hero, and stunning Mama Kazz.

‘Her strength, her sacrifices, and everything she’s overcome to bring us to this point leave me in absolute wonder.

‘This journey has tested us in ways I can’t describe, but her courage has shown me the true depths of love and resilience.’

Oritsé – who rose to fame with JLS on The X Factor in 2008 – explained they will be turning to their ‘little family bubble’ during this next stage in their relationship.

He continued: ‘We’re embracing this sacred time together in our little family bubble.

‘Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for everyone who has stood by us and continues to surround us with true love and support.

‘Your kindness carries us, and we are forever thankful to you.’

Marketing manager and former singer Kazz, who first met Oritsé in 2019 after they connected on social media. 

Oritsé and Kazz got married in 2022 and he described it as ‘one of the most magical moments’ of his life.

He previously wrote: ‘When we ran away, just the two of us together, just you and I and got married in Jamaica, it was one of the most magical moments in my entire life, but to be honest, I would’ve married you anywhere, because the magic is YOU.

‘When I watched you walk down the pier isle, along the Caribbean Sea, in the stunning golden hour in your magnificent champagne dress, honestly you made me struggle to keep all composure, I knew I was so blessed, I felt like the luckiest man on earth from the moment you said YES.’

The wedding, which he described as a fairytale, saw them exchange vows in front of five of their closest friends at boutique Zoëtry hotel on Jamaica’s Montego Bay

First pictures from the big day showed Kazz, looking beautiful as she donned an embellished lace gown with sheer panels.

At the wedding she wore a champagne gown by Indian designer Rohit Verma and held a dried bouquet of burnt orange, red and white flowers and sprays of pampas grass and berries, crafted by Blu Ivy. 

The groom danced down the aisle accompanied by a steel pan band who were playing the couple’s special song Adorn by Miguel.

After becoming man and wife, the newlyweds enjoyed a celebratory dinner with their guests but found the day so tiring they admitted they were all tucked up in bed by 9.30.

Oritsé welcomed son Omré in 2014 with his ex Aimee Jade Azari, known as AJ, who he split from in 2016.
