Billi Mucklow broke her social media silence on Tuesday in her first update since her ex husband Andy Carroll’s romantic getaway with his new girlfriend Lou Teasdale.
The former TOWIE star, 36, and the footballer, 35, announced two weeks ago tat they are set to divorce after secretly separating earlier this year – he has since taken his relationship with makeup artist Lou to the next level.
The new couple were pictured cosying up on the beach in Mallorca to celebrate Influencer Lou’s 41st birthday this week.
Meanwhile, Billi brushed off the drama at home with a reformer pilates session with her former co-star Cara Kilbey.
In the cryptic update, she wrote: ‘When in doubt, stretch it out.’
